These Bitcoin Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your use of Bitcoin as your selected payment method. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using Bitcoin as your method of payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions contained in our website Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our Website Terms of Use with respect to Bitcoin transactions, these Terms and Conditions apply. If you do not agree with all these Terms and Conditions, do not select Bitcoin as your payment method.
Paying with Bitcoin
Powered by GoUrl. Our acceptance of Bitcoin is powered by our service provider, GoUrl. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the availability of GoUrl’s services.
To complete your subscription, you will be directed to GoUrl’s payment box, where you will see the total amount of the subscription in Bitcoin, based on an exchange rate set by GoUrl. The Bitcoin amount for your subscription will remain valid for 10 minutes. If you do not initiate a payment during this time, the Bitcoin exchange rate will be updated and the Bitcoin amount for your subscription may change.
Bitcoin network transaction fees. As with nearly all Bitcoin transactions, a very small transaction fee will be added by the Bitcoin network to the total amount in Bitcoin of your subscription. This fee covers the cost of verifying Bitcoin transactions. We have no control over this fee and do not receive any portion of the fee.
Bitcoin transactions are final. Once you initiate a Bitcoin transaction, you cannot cancel it. This is inherent in the nature of the Bitcoin network, not a policy set by us.
Under payments and over payments. If you attempt to initiate a payment of Bitcoin different from the exact amount of the subscription indicated by GoUrl, your transaction will not complete. You will be required to re-submit payment for the correct amount in order to complete the transaction. After a failed payment, the Bitcoin exchange rate may update or you may be required to restart the payment process.
Transactions complete once confirmed. Once a Bitcoin transaction is submitted to the Bitcoin network, it will be unconfirmed for a period of time (usually about an hour, but sometimes longer) pending full verification of the transaction by the Bitcoin network. A transaction is not complete until it is fully verified.
Access to our programs/courses. Once your transaction is fully verified, you must contact us by email at capy@therawfoodinstituteofaustralia.com and provide us with your name and country of current residence. Your account with us will be created within 8 hours after we receive this data, and your log in details to access the program/course you subscribed to will be sent by email to the email address used to contact us.
Refunds
Our products are non-refundable. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download/online, by activating your account(s), and/or downloading any of our material(s), we have delivered the digital goods you purchased.
