What started out as a café in early 2011 as a way to support educating people on raw food diets and compassionate eating, evolved into a series of online resources that present really tasty food without any damaging effects to our bodies, our animal friends or our planet.

Our personal experience and those of friends and associates have led us to believe that we can make a change to the ever growing list of serious ailments we are facing by changing our diets and our attitudes.
