Raw Vegan Culinary Course
Ingredients
  • 3 stems spring onions, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cup sprouted lentils
  • Small bunch parsley, rough chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with pink salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
Notes
This recipe is fresh and also looks appealing. It’s packed with nutrients and flavour!
