Sprouted Lentil Tabouli

Ingredients
- 3 stems spring onions, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 ½ cup sprouted lentils
- Small bunch parsley, rough chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss with pink salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
