Ingredients
  • 2 Large Bananas
  • ¼ tsp vanilla Essence
  • Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
Banana Pancakes
  1. Place bananas in a bowl with vanilla essence, cinnamon and mash with a fork, leaving the mixture slightly chunky and combined.
  2. On a dehydrator sheet, place 3 egg rings, and spoon mashed bananas evenly into the 3 rings, pressing down gently with the spoon.
  3. The mixture should be approximately 1-2 cm thick, depending on how you like your pancakes.
  4. Put into your dehydrator at 32°C (90°F) overnight for about 10 hours.
  5. Pancakes should be slightly hard on the outside and gooey in the middle when ready.
  6. Drizzle or top with whatever you desire.[br][br]
Banana Crepes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour batter onto a dehydrator sheet, spreading it out thin and into the shape of a crepe. There should be enough mixture for 3 small crepes.
  3. Place in your dehydrator at 32°C (90°F) overnight for about 10 hours.
  4. Crepes will peel away easily from the sheet when ready.
  5. Top with whatever you desire, berries, maple syrup, cashew cream, etc.
Notes
I love making these pancakes and crepes. They are simple to make. You put them in the dehydrator before going to bed, and wake up in the morning to breakfast done! The recipes have the same ingredients, just treated differently when mixing and placed in the dehydrator. As you can see, the results are very different.
