Sprouted Lentil Tabouli

Ingredients
  • 3 stems spring onions, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cup sprouted lentils
  • Small bunch parsley, rough chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with pink salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
