Roasted Maple Syrup Pears
- 4 Large Pears, peeled and cored into even sized quarters
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine the maple syrup, oil and pears in a bowl, making sure to completely coat all the pear pieces.
- Arrange the pear on the baking tray, with sufficient space between.
- Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve with more maple syrup, walnuts and plant based cream or ice-cream.
