Roasted Maple Syrup Pears

  • 4 Large Pears, peeled and cored into even sized quarters
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
Instructions
Raw Version
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the maple syrup, oil and pears in a bowl, making sure to completely coat all the pear pieces.
  4. Arrange the pear on the baking tray, with sufficient space between.
  5. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Serve with more maple syrup, walnuts and plant based cream or ice-cream.
