During the course, I wanted to create Brazilian dishes, and one of the famous dishes in Brazil is called BRIGADEIRO. I couldn`t find anything healthy without changing the flavour.
I tried traditional vegan recipes. Basically, you have to cook a plant based milk with refined sugar for 40 minutes and then use this “condensed milk” to create a vegan brigadeiro. The taste is really similar, really nice, but this recipe requires a lot of refined sugar, which is not healthy at all.
I also tried healthy brigadeiros recipes, but all of them tasted somewhat different and not even close to a real brigadeiro!
I am so happy with these recipes that is my third day in a row making these Brigadeiros.
