Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well mixed.
Transfer mixture into a bowl.
Scoop out a spoonful, roll into a ball with hands.
Repeat until you have used all the mix.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
This can be served with a little salad, or with sauce of your taste, or add into a pasta dish. These are a great protein hit, a great blood purifier, and loads of fiber as well.
My addition to these great balls is, making the cashew cheese, making an insert in the middle of the ball, and filling with a cashew cheese dip. This creates a surprise and yummy additive .
It's a Raw Arancini ball!
Cashew Cheese Method:
Place all ingredients in processor, except water, add a little at a time to a consistency smooth dip.
