3 Roma tomatoes – (try using sundried if you can get organic ones.)
¼ cup virgin olive oil
Organic smoked paprika powder.
Instructions
Place all ingredients except olive oil in a blender and blitz until all ingredients are chopped and well combined.
While the blender is running slowly drizzle in olive oil until the mix is a smooth consistency. Place in a sealed container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
