Ingredients
  • ¼ cup frozen organic raspberries, (fresh if they’re in season)
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen banana’s makes your protein shake creamy)
  • 1 cup of chopped pears
  • Fresh mint leaves, just a few
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon unprocessed protein powder
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy!
