Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

- ¼ cup frozen organic raspberries, (fresh if they’re in season)
- 1 frozen banana (frozen banana’s makes your protein shake creamy)
- 1 cup of chopped pears
- Fresh mint leaves, just a few
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon unprocessed protein powder
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy!
