Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond or other nut milk
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 4 dried figs (stems removed)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste (or essence)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
