Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 2 Medjool dates pitted ¾ cup filtered water Pinch ground cinnamon Dash of coconut syrup, raw agave or honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve on ice for a refreshing, nutty shake.
Notes
There is more calcium in this milkshake than in a 250 ml glass of cow’s milk!
