  • 2 cups pineapple (frozen if possible)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup nutmilk or ricemilk if preferred
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp goji berries
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
