Choc Nut Rocks

- ½ cup cacao butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup agave
- 1 cup cacao powder
- ½ cup sultanas
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup almond slivers
- Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil in a basin over very warm water
- Add the cacao and agave and mix well
- Mix in dried fruit and nuts and place in fridge to firm up
- Line a tray with greased paper and dollop tablespoonfuls of mixture on to paper.
- Return to fridge to set
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge
