Choc Nut Rocks

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cacao butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup almond slivers
Instructions
  1. Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil in a basin over very warm water
  2. Add the cacao and agave and mix well
  3. Mix in dried fruit and nuts and place in fridge to firm up
  4. Line a tray with greased paper and dollop tablespoonfuls of mixture on to paper.
  5. Return to fridge to set
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
