Raw Coconut Rough

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup of almond butter or ground almonds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or agave if you dont use Maple syrup)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Melt the coconut oil and pour into a mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into cupcake trays, each one being about 1 inch thick and place in freezer for approx 1 hour. Then pop the individual roughs out and place in sealable lunch box in the fridge until you want to eat them… now try and make them last the week!
