I have watched as a plant based, largely raw, wholefood diet healed my wife of MS, and prevented my father from developing Diabetes. I didn’t so much choose the food, rather I choose better health. It ties in so well with a love and respect for animals, a desire to live as sustainably as possible, and a belief that all people need to make a similar set of choices for our planet to survive.
