Thank you Holistic Bliss magazine

Holistic Bliss, a Generous, Visionary Business

We feel blessed every day at the Raw Food Institute of Australia to be able to do the work we do and  we are in awe of the people that are in our world. We are fortunate to work with some of the best there is… whether that’s the best chefs, the best coaches, advisors or sponsors.

And one of the top of this list is Vanessa Finnigan, founder of Holistic Bliss magazine. I first met Vanessa through our cafe back in 2010. I was always impressed with her approach to business and life in general. A psychologist by profession, Vanessa went on the create one of the leading magazines on the sunshine coast and the country. It has grown from a simple 8 page mag, to one of the absolute must have magazines each month in our region.

If you haven’t had a chance to check out this publication yet, make sure you grab one and treat yourself. Holistic Bliss covers all things holistic (funny that!). Recipes, speakers, practitioners, whatever you are looking for. You will always be able to find what events are happening around the state, and check out the latest in modalities.

She gets some of the coolest interviews with world leaders, and all the while taking such a reflective, gentle approach, you will love the way the magazine makes you feel each month.

I remember talking to Vanessa one day prior to the launch of our Raw and Vegan Chef course, as a mentor and advisor. Her ideas, as always, were spot on and had me on the edge of my seat, but when she said “Hey I love your idea so much, I want to contribute financially”, I was blown away.

To have someone we admire so much see our vision, and want to back it, was such a powerful moment for us. We knew our course was pretty darn cool, but now we knew we were on a winner. (yep, you can read the review of the Raw Vegan Chef Certificate here). She made a significant contribution to help us with the development of our program and continues to support our work.

I think in this fast, gimme, gimme world, we often forget to slow down enough to say thank you …

So, THANK YOU Vanessa, you are a true friend, a true supporter, and we are eternally grateful.

With love
