The Living Raw Food Made Easy program is a collective effort of experts in the field, including esteemed Raw Chef and Nutritionist, Laura Barnett.

Laura brings to the table extensive experience with a degree in nutritional medicine, and has been an inspiration for hundreds of individuals looking for their own balance and wellbeing.

Having run a successful mobile clinic for eight years, Laura also specializes in body conditioning and weight management, combined with a strong background in health and fitness.

Laura contributes significantly to the Living Raw Food Made Easy program, and is a co-presenter in many of our online classes.

What you can Expect from the Living Raw Food Made Easy Program

As effective as the Living Raw Made Easy program is, it is also just so easy to use. When you join the program, you receive everything you need, so you don’t have to be juggling and guessing calories and how much to eat and what to eat.

You get a full day meal plan with every lesson, so you don’t have to count calories, or try and balance proteins, because all this has been taken care of. To make it easier, you also receive a shopping list, tips, step by step recipes, videos, and some notes, to assist with your ongoing education and planning. The Lessons Explained

The program is quite comprehensive, with 25 lessons in all. In each lesson, you are not only provided with your meal plan for a day, but also a hands on demonstration by Laura Barnett on utensils for raw food preparation, and some equipment you might need through the process.

All recipes are gluten free, devoid of refined sugar, are plant based, and also, free from anything that is refined, processed or artificial.
